Amid all the hoopla about the death of vert (ie X Game dropping it) there was one thing not completely clear in the press release from ESPN: would there be a woman’s Skate SuperPark event to replace the missing Skate Vert contest for ther women. Well, we got the answer straight from the horse’s mouth: Yes.
Looks like vert-focused ladies like Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins, Mimi Knoop and Holly Lyons will have to decide whether they want to take on the SuperPark or leave it to the new wave.
