Skateboarder Brian Patch Charged With Lewd Act With Minor

Pro skateboarder Brian Patch has been charged with committing a lewd act with a minor in Westminster, CA. The alleged incident took place on April 11 with a 15-year-old girl and Patch was arrested earlier this month after an investigation by the Westminster PD. The 36-year-old is scheduled to appear in court June 4.

Patch has competed in many street, vert and bowl events including the X Games and Pro Tec Pool Party, where he finished in third place in 2006.
