After serving two and a half years behind bars at the Federal Correctional Institution in Sheridan Oregon, Jay Adams was released.  Jay was convicted for his connection to a big meth deal that went down between California and Hawaii.  Jay Adams is a legendary skater from Santa Monica and was part of the original Z Boy crew.  Jay returned to his home in Southern California and is planning to move on with his family and take a position as the facilities manager at Hurley.

  7. Hey Jay, How are you? Just a note from your “Old school” photo-packing-mate. we used to visit the pools and skateboard parks before you joined the Z-Boys. I have many unpublished photos of you and our tribe from 1973 on, back in the old days. If you know of anyone that would want them for their collection, have them Email me at: rvmann@ gmail.com
We are still living in Venice CA. I have many fond memories of us fooling around together back then.
    Take care,
