The Hardest-Working Man In Snowboarding?
July 12, 2008 – 2:10 am PT by GregTags: Chas Guldemond —
Let’s see, Is it Shaun White? Kevin Pearce? Maybe Andy Finch? I would even say Terje Haakonsen with all of his TTR responsibilities is probably pretty busy. Nope, according to Sierra Sun the hardest-working man in snowboarding is… Chas Guldemond.
Okay, the Sun probably isn’t best place to consult for the best of the best (and they do couch it with a ‘might’) when it comes to snowboarding, but the interview at least gives a look at what Guldemond’s been up to this off-season. At only 21, he’s definitely coming into his own, but when it comes to how he stacks up against the aforementioned White and Pearce (among others) he still may have a ways to go.
Still, if you need a snowboarding fix in the middle of summer, it’s a good read.
