For those of you looking for an appearance by Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight Champion B.J. Penn at this RVCA event, then look elsewhere. I too made the mistake of following the RVCA team to an Active signing and mistakenly watched a skateboard demo instead. Just because BJ wears RVCA shorts while he fights, doesn’t mean he goes on tour with the skate team.
But the RVCA skate team is still amazing so if you’re out in the Midwest , where the UFC is huge by the way, you should follow the team on their Midwest tour. Leo Romero, Kevin “Spanky” Long, Josh Harmony, Austin Stephens, and David Reyes are heading to the Midwest this weekend for a week’s worth of demos and signings.
