Mike Mason Talks X Games

FMX rider Mike Mason came away from last weekend’s X Games with a bronze medal in the Moto X Freestyle comp and should be pretty happy, but in a recent blog post he explains that not everyone is happy with him.
I know for a fact that I didn’t have what it took in FMX to get that medal, there was 5 other guys out there who deserved it more than me, but sometimes everything just falls into place. It sucks because I keep reading on the internet people saying I didn’t deserve it and my run sucked and that bothers me. I’m the guy who goes out and has fun and whatever happens, happens. It’s not like I think I’m the most crazy guy out there and my run is perfect, but I guess that comes with the job, there is always going to be people out there who don’t like you.
