Do you have what it takes to take on a guy like Danny Wainwright who holds the record for the highest ollie? Forty-four and a half inches he ollied. Check it. Or there is debate that a South American Peruvian fella named Jose Marabotto, who possibly holds the world record ollying at an astounding fifty inches. I know midgets shorter than that. Luckily for you those guys probably won’t show up or they would slaughter the competition.
DC in affiliation with A Grind For Life will be holding a high ollie contest. This reminds me going back to the days when guys would stack skateboards on top of each other to have ollie contests. There is a $1,000 cash prize for the winner and it’s of course for a good cause. The competition takes place on Friday, September 5th at 4:00PM at the ASR Trade Show in San Diego.
