Phil MacDonald scored his first win of the season in Portugal after taking the Buondi Billabong Pro in Portugal over Patrick Gudauskas. MacDonald, who did not requalify for the ASP World Tour after last season, finds himself ranked #14 on the WQS after the win. Gudauskas now moves to #4.
The next event on the ASP World Tour kicks off on Sept. 7 in California with the Boost Mobile Pro. The next major event for the WQS is the 5-star Movistar Pantin Classic in Spain starting Sept. 2. Find out more about the event here.
