I have this problem all the time.  I’m try to spend a peaceful morning surfing at my local spot at Raging Waters and what do you know, there are photographers taking photos of me and posting them all over the internet.  It must be my great body.  Anyway, this happens to a lot of you I’m sure.  Especially for us famous people like Mathew McConaughey who is currently the focus of a battery charge against two surfers.  Skylar Peak, 24, and Philip Hilderbrand, 30, were accused of harassing and destroying the cameras of paparazzi who were taking photos of the “Tropic Thunder” actor.

Although McConaughey was not involved in the incident, I’m sure he is very gracious to his heroes so that surfers like him and I can live our lives in peace. Sheriff’s officials have said that despite video of the confrontation being posted online, they struggled to find cooperative witnesses. But on Tuesday a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles district attorney’s office said prosecutors felt they had enough evidence to pursue the case.

Well there are two sides to every story, and since I can’t find any access to the Bro’s on the beach, here’s are some words from one of the Paparazzi who shot some video footage.  I must warn you, the video is full of testosterone and plenty of a loud mouth girl.  But good for them for standing up for their beach.  Check it.
