Elena Hight is Still on Volcom

Volcom has just announced that pro snowboarder Elena Hight has joined the snow program. Hight has been with Volcom streetwear since 2005 but now she is officially Volcom across the board.
“The best thing about the Volcom snow team is the family structure and to have such amazing people around me. I love the tight knit program that Volcom has and I feel so fortunate to be able to experience this and have the opportunity to fully embrace it,” Elena said.
Hight’s been tearing it up over the last few years including winning the Van’s Cup Halfpipe two years running. She’s also the first woman to land back-to-back 900’s in competition in 2007.
Elena finds herself in good company on Volcom — the company’s pretty picky about its athletes and Janna Meyen and Cheryl Mass are the only other women snowboarders of note on its team. Find out more about the Volcom Girls here.
