Who’s Covering Sheckler Now?

Since MTV premiered “Life of Ryan” last year he’s certainly seen his share of press from the “mainstream” media. Now he’s on the verge of getting even more press thanks to his first film role — playing an up-and-coming hockey player opposite The Rock and Ashley Judd in the currently-in-production “Tooth Fairy.”
The first sign of this is a short article in Variety, which profiled the “skating sensation.” Among the news:
Sheckler’s just wrapped his third season of “Life of Ryan” — no word on the the premiere date.
He’s working with etnies on getting his own show line going
Winning the X Games in August was “a life-changing moment.” No explanation on why it was so incredible.
The Plan B skate video is still being worked on.
Yeah, we know, not a ton of new information — but this is Variety, after all.
