Shaun White Snowboarding Gets Ready For Launch

One of the most eagerly-anticipated sports video games releases of this holiday season is Shaun White Snowboarding, which will hit stores on Nov. 14 for Wii, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
There hasn’t been a good snowboarding game release in years and from what fans can tell from the trailer (see below) and screenshots, SW Snowboarding should set the bar high for games to come.
To help promote the game, Ubisoft is putting some real money behind its marketing. The company is putting $10 million into it, including some major buys into the first two episodes of the new season of Comedy Central’s “South Park,” starting Oct. 8.
The red-haired wonder will also be making appearances on ESPN’s shows throughout the day on Nov. 16 to promote the game and on Nov. 19 there will be a “White Out” on MTV, Spike, Comedy Central and other Viacom channels — at 10 p.m. the screen will turn to snow for five seconds before the two-minute trailer plays.
In addition to those stunts, you’ll be able to see the ad in plenty of other places (you can read more here). So if you don’t want to buy it after that — well, something’s got to be wrong with you.
