Sarah Palin sure is on a role.  Ever since breaking onto the political main stage by accepting John McCain’s vice presidential pick, she’s definitely that one person who ignited the Republican Party.  Personally I think she has excited a lot of people, but several weeks now after the announcement of her joining the ticket, she’s more of like the media’s punching bag.  I’m glad that we’re in an era where fakes like her can be exposed for the farce that she is.

Over the past couple of weeks, the mainstream and the independent media have been dominated by politics and the upcoming election. Within the political agenda of both major parties, the Republicans decide to take the high road with only two weeks left in their campaign.  They’re talking about things like terrorism, intolerance, socialism, and Arabs while the country is suffering through a crumbling economy, a housing crisis, high oil prices, two wars, and a broken health care system.  These guys have a lot of dignity.

Now given who she was as a mayor of a small town in Alaska, you have to think that she has done a few good things for her constituents.  I’m not so sure of that.  To me she sounds like the antithesis of anything awesome.  A bassist of a band in Wasilla, Alaska named Zach Carothers took on her conniving political agenda to build a skate park for the community featured at MTV.  What you should take from this story is an anecdote of how real citizens such as yourselves (even if you’re a punk skater), can take on punk ar*e holes like Sarah Palin.
